About Patrick
Patrick is a Registered Dietitian with over 10 years of experience including in-patient hospital, outpatient virtual settings, and public health. He specializes in chronic disease prevention/treatment, metabolic health, glucose control, fat loss, muscle building, and sports performance nutrition.
Approach to care
Patrick believes in focusing on the process, rather than the ultimate goal. He believes the goal will take care of itself if we can fall in love with the process by setting small, attainable goals along the way. He strives to find that balance with each person he works with, where his knowledge and experience align with their own unique biology and circumstances, creating connection and unlocking wellness potential.

In your first session, expect a relaxing, stress-free chat with Patrick. He will spend some time getting to know you and ensuring that you are both on the same page regarding where you currently are in your wellness journey and where you want to be. Most importantly, you'll discuss any previous experience with wellness goals, what truly motivates you to stick with new behaviors, and why your current goals are meaningful to you.
