About Paula
My culinary journey began with my grandmothers, where I discovered the magic of food. Growing up, cooking was a cherished tradition in my household, steeped in Mexican, American and Italian roots. Under my mother's guidance, I learned the nuances of flavor and technique, deepening my passion for food and its role in health. Pursuing a Master's in nutrition, I blend culinary skills with scientific knowledge, advocating for women's health through empowering nutrition choices. Today, I champion holistic health, celebrating diversity in food choices while nourishing body and soul, with a focus on women's wellness.
