About Paula
I am a registered dietitian with over 20 years of experience. I have worked in hospital, retail, clinic and outpatient settings offering experience in many areas including being a diabetes educator. My goal is to make nutrition less complicated and fit into your lifestyle.
Approach to care
My goal is to build rapport with my patients, demonstrating compassion and understanding while guiding them to achieve their nutrition goals. I believe that consistency and accountability along with realistic and sustainable lifestyle changes are the key to long term success. I've often been called the "realistic" dietitian because of my realistic approach to nutrition and a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
Your first session with Paula
Paula spends time getting to know you, your relationship with food and your overall goals. Paula gathers your health and nutrition history while learning about your current lifestyle. She helps determine any challenges or barriers to your goals while helping you discover your short and long tern goals. Together we will develop a customized plan that supports your goals and is tailored to your specific lifestyle.
