About Paulina
I’m a registered dietitian who truly believes that food is meant to be enjoyed, not feared. I grew up in Greece, where meals were centered around fresh ingredients, shared tables, and the Mediterranean way of eating: a lifestyle rooted in balance, satisfaction, and connection rather than restriction. That foundation shaped both my love for food and my approach to nutrition. I’ve always been active and curious about how food fuels the body. I’ve played volleyball, practiced martial arts, swam competitively, and studied piano, which taught me discipline, balance, and consistency. I bring these values into my work with clients today. I also love trying new cuisines and believe nutrition should fit into your culture, lifestyle, and preferences. My goal is to help you build a healthier relationship with food while supporting your physical and mental well-being, without guilt, shame, or all-or-nothing thinking.

My approach is client-centered, realistic, and compassionate. I do not believe in fad diets or rigid rules. Instead, I focus on: •Intuitive eating and reconnecting with hunger, fullness, and satisfaction •Mediterranean-inspired eating for long-term heart, gut, and metabolic health. •Creating habits that are sustainable, not overwhelming. •Meeting you where you are.
