About Paulina
Nice to meet you! I'm a dietitian with a passion in helping others figure out how food can add quality to their life instead of take away from it. Food is something we have to consume every day and has such a huge effect on our wellbeing, yet we don't get much information through life on how to properly fuel ourselves which can leave space for a lot of confusion and frustration. I'm here to help you navigate the overwhelming amount of nutrition information in the world and help you figure out how to make it work for you!
Approach to care
Eat what you want, add what you need. Nutrition is not black or white, shouldn't be restrictive, and balance and variety is key. Each person is different and has different needs. What works for one may not work for another, and that's okay! A healthy relationship with food is always the priority. We will work on setting small and sustainable goals each time we meet. You are the expert of your own body, I'm just here to help you figure out what that means for you!
Your first session with Paulina
This is for us to get to know each other! I'm a dietitian, not the food police, and this is a judgement free zone. I can appreciate that trust is built over time and will never push you to talk about something that you're uncomfortable talking about. However, the more you can share with me, the better I can give advice and help you reach your goals in a way that works for you.
