About Persefone
Food, movement, and simple daily rhythms shape how I live and practice. I bring ten years as a Registered Dietitian to work that spans private practice, hospitals, corporate wellness, and community health. I trained in health sciences, hold an MS and an MBA, and teach yoga as a certified RYT, which informs my regulation-first approach to stress cravings and burnout-related eating. When I’m not with patients you’ll find me hiking, biking, camping, cooking, planning a national park trip, or relaxing with friends and family.

Your first session with Persefone
Expect a calm, judgment-free conversation where we dig into your relationship with food and what’s been hardest lately. We’ll review medical history, explore how stress and exhaustion show up as cravings or reactive eating, and identify immediate, manageable goals. Together we’ll create a simple plan to stabilize your daily rhythm and reduce urge-driven choices. You don’t need answers before you arrive, just your honest experience, and we’ll leave with a few clear next steps and a plan for follow-up.
