About Peyton
Hi there! I'm Peyton - a registered dietitian located in St. Pete, Florida. During college, I gradually started gaining weight, and it just kept creeping up no matter how much I exercised. Using everything I learned throughout my 4 years at Penn State, I was able to lose 20lbs these last few years, through microshifts in my weekly routine. I have felt happier, more confident, and more energized ever since. This personal journey fuels my passion for helping you become your ideal self and achieve your nutrition goals. I blend eastern and western approaches with empathy, humor, and serious dedication to your success. You always come first.
Approach to care
I believe fueling our bodies should be both effective and enjoyable. Nutrition counseling goes far beyond education. My role is to help hold you accountable, motivate you, and walk with you while you are implementing change. We will work together to map out a game plan for the challenges that come up. Because it's not IF challenges come up, it's WHEN. There will be no restrictive diets or quick fixes—just compassionate, personalized care that honors your unique needs, preferences, and lifestyle. Together, we'll build lasting habits that nourish both body and soul, while improving your relationship with food and movement. I will also walk you through meal planning and personalized macro recommendations if desired.
Your first session with Peyton
Our first session is about getting to know each other, while gathering a detailed picture of your lifestyle and background. We'll spend 50 minutes in relaxed conversation, exploring your unique health story, lifestyle, food preferences, and wellness goals. I'll learn about your daily routines (sleep, exercise, hobbies), challenges, and what motivates you. This deep understanding allows me to craft truly personalized recommendations that fit your real life—not generic advice. By the end, you'll feel heard and supported, with a clear path forward tailored specifically to help you reach your goals.
