About Phara
With 15+ years as a registered dietitian, my journey began after my father’s experience with heart disease sparked my belief in nutrition as a powerful path to healing. I now guide individuals in resetting their metabolism, restoring balance, and creating sustainable, lifestyle-based changes.
Approach to care
I believe lasting health comes from understanding your body—not fighting against it. My approach is rooted in helping patients restore balance, support their metabolism naturally, and build daily habits that feel realistic and sustainable. Instead of focusing on restrictions or quick fixes, I guide you toward clarity, consistency, and confidence in your own choices. I view nutrition as more than just food—it’s about energy, sleep, stress management, and the rhythms of daily life. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan that works with your lifestyle, not against it.
Your first session with Phara
Your first visit is all about you. I’ll take the time to listen to your story, understand your health background, and learn what’s been working—and what hasn’t. We’ll talk through your goals, any challenges you’ve faced, and your hopes for the future. My goal is for you to feel supported, heard, and equipped with a plan that feels doable from day one.
Education
I completed my dietetic internship at Brigham & Women’s Hospital and earned my Master of Science degree in Nutrition and Health Promotion from Simmons College.
Hobbies
Outside of my work as a dietitian, I’m a lifelong learner at heart. I love reading and researching the latest in health and wellness, which keeps me inspired and always looking for new ways to support my patients.
