Hi, I’m Phillip. I’m a registered dietitian with experience working in a hospital setting for the past two years, where I’ve supported patients with conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, cancer, renal disease, and obesity. I’m passionate about helping individuals build sustainable, realistic nutrition habits and believe nutrition should support your lifestyle—not restrict it. Your first session with Phillip

Our first session is centered on getting to know you and developing a clear understanding of your background, lifestyle, and nutrition goals. We’ll discuss how I can best support you and establish a collaborative plan tailored to your needs to help you achieve your nutrition goals. During this session, we’ll review your current eating patterns, daily routine, medical history, medications, and any dietary preferences or challenges. Together, we will identify realistic short-term and long-term goals and develop practical strategies to help you achieve sustainable progress.
