About Piper
Hi, I’m Piper! I’ve been a practicing dietitian for the past three years, starting my career in Division I athletics where I helped student-athletes fuel for performance, recovery, and long-term health. That experience showed me just how powerful food can be in supporting both physical goals and overall well-being. Now, I’m passionate about helping people at every stage of life — whether you’re competing, managing a chronic condition, or simply wanting to feel better day to day. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me moving in some way. I love going for a run, teaching a fitness class, or spending time with my dogs. I also love cooking and baking, and I really enjoy finding creative ways to make food both nourishing and enjoyable. I look forward to working with you!
Approach to care
I believe nutrition is so much more than just what’s on your plate. For me, it’s about building a relationship with food that feels sustainable, supportive, and flexible. I think it is so important to take the time to listen to and understand each client’s unique story so I can tailor recommendations that feel realistic and personalized for them and their lifestyle. My goal is to provide you with accountability and guidance while also leaving room for joy, balance, and the bigger picture of health.
Your first session with Piper
Our first session is all about you! I will ask you questions about your health history, daily routines, and what you’re hoping to work toward. Together, we’ll explore what’s working well, what feels challenging, and create a plan that’s practical and personalized. I like to set goals step by step, so you’ll always feel supported without being overwhelmed. Whether you come in with a clear idea of what you’d like to change or no idea where to start, that’s okay! I’ll be a resource to help make nutrition feel easier, more approachable, and truly doable.
