Your first session with Prajakta
Your first visit is all about getting to know you. During this session, we will: Review your health history – including any medical conditions, lab results, medications, and family history. Discuss your lifestyle – such as eating habits, daily routine, physical activity, sleep, and stress. Talk about your goals – whether it’s managing a health condition, improving energy, or learning how to eat well for long-term wellness. Assess your current diet – to understand what’s working well and where changes may help. Create a personalized plan – tailored to your needs, preferences, and readiness for change. At the end of your session, you’ll leave with practical, realistic steps you can begin right away.
