About Priscilla

I am an inpatient and cardiac rehab clinical dietitian turned nutritional chef and restauranteur who has come full circle and fallen back in love with nutrition therapy and counseling! Though I have experience within a range of clinical specialties, from radiation + oncology to heart + gastrointestinal diseases, I truly love and feel the most impactful with weight management, highly individualized meal planning, recipe development, meal prepping and personal accountability.

Approach to care

I truly believe in practicality over calamity and I preach progress over perfection. I'll die on this hill proclaiming that as much as food is meant to be healthful, it is equally meant to be enjoyed. My deepest hope is for my patients to understand that there is more than enough room for honest accountability and necessary indulgence.

Your first session with Priscilla

What my patients can expect during their first session is an authentic meeting of the minds. We'll initially get to know each other to make sure we're a great fit and then we'll get to work. I want to thoroughly understand why they're seeing a dietitian, what their personal health goals are, how supported they feel to begin their journey and how involved they want/need me to be going forward.
