About Priscilla
Priscilla has been providing nutrition care in a variety of roles across civilian and military settings since 2011. She is certified in both sports nutrition and eating disorders. She is also skilled in providing care for most medical nutrition therapy concerns, to include diabetes, weight, and heart health.
Approach to care
Priscilla meets the client where they are at while listening intently and providing holistic, achievable, and straightforward information to empower clients to make informed decisions. Priscilla believes strongly in informed autonomy and a judgement-free approach.
Your first session with Priscilla
The first session will include a discussion on the client's nutrition concerns and, if ready, planning first steps. Developing plans and goals toward change are driven by the client. Achievable plans are encouraged as this gradual approach leads to sustained progress.
