About Quadarius
Hey there! My name is Quadarius Whitson (feel free ot call me Quad) and I am a registered dietitian who believes that all food is good food. My path to nutrition started in the kitchen — not just learning recipes, but learning the role food plays in culture, comfort, and connection. I’ve cooked in restaurants, senior living communities, and even catered weddings, and through it all, one thing has stayed true: food brings people together. As a dietitian with a background in culinary management, I’m passionate about making nutrition feel approachable, flexible, and inclusive. I don’t believe in fear-based nutrition — I believe in helping people find joy in eating, confidence in the kitchen, and peace with their plate. Whether it’s cooking, teaching, or connecting, I’m all about meeting people where they are and helping them feel seen, supported, and well-fed. Let’s nourish well — without the guilt!
Approach to care
I approach nutrition with empathy, flexibility, and cultural awareness — because everyone’s relationship with food is unique. My care philosophy is grounded in the belief that all food is good food and that nourishing the body should never come at the expense of joy or identity. I aim to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all plans or rigid food rules — instead, I work collaboratively to build sustainable habits that honor individual goals, preferences, and lived experiences. Whether we’re exploring how to make meals more satisfying, managing a medical condition, or simply rethinking your relationship with food, I’m here to guide with evidence-based tools, kindness, and a whole lot of encouragement. Together, we’ll focus on progress over perfection — and always celebrate the wins, big or small!
Your first session with Quadarius
In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other. I’ll ask about your health history, eating habits, lifestyle, and any goals or concerns you’d like to explore. There’s no pressure to have it all figured out — this is a space to be open, honest, and heard. We'll work together to identify what matters most to you, and begin mapping out a plan that feels realistic, supportive, and flexible. My goal is to meet you where you are — no judgment, no shame — and help you feel more confident and at peace with your food choices. Bring your questions, bring your curiosity, and most importantly, bring your full self. We’re in this together.
