About QuaSondria
I am a registered dietitian who believes that nutrition should be accessible, empowering, and personal. My work has taken me through a variety of environments, such community farms, schools, and long-term care facilities. These experiences have shaped the way I support my clients, ensuring that everyone is treated with empathy in a judgement-free zone and given the opportunity to create care plans that are realistic but flexible.

My approach to care is collaborative and solution-orientated to ensure that we meet your goals in a realistic manner. There is no single plan that fits everyone so we will work together to understand your current situation so that we can build habits that are sustainable and not overwhelming. My aim is to ensure that you are heard, supported, and encouraged at each step of the way.
Your first session with QuaSondria
In our first session, I am interested in hearing your story and how you decided to meet with me today. Through guided questions, we will go through your relevant health history so that we can identify your health priorities, talk through expected barriers, and collaborate to come up with a plan to reach your health goals. By the end of our first session, I hope to have a good glimpse of who you are and how that factors into your nutrition.
