About Quinn
As a registered dietitian and personal trainer, I have dedicated my life to helping others achieve lasting health, confidence, and performance through evidence-based nutrition and fitness. My education in dietetics and exercise physiology and experience working with diverse populations like veterans, special forces, and professional athletes, has given me the tools to help people from every walk of life. Having personally navigated the challenges of weight loss and body dysmorphia as well as mental and physical health transformation, I understand that change is about more than calories and workouts. Itβs about mindset, patience, and self-care. That perspective shapes every interaction I have, ensuring that I meet each individual where they are and help them build realistic, sustainable progress. Ultimately, people are my passion. Whether your goals are for performance or simply better health, my goal remains the same: to connect, educate, and empower.
Approach to care
I believe in the power of connection and meeting you where you are at to develop an individualized and sustainable plan by better understanding you, your goals, and what motivates you. I don't believe in elimination or over-restriction, unless necessary, as food is deeply ingrained in many aspects of our lives. I prefer to focus on improving our relationship with food while emphasizing flexibility, mindfulness, and self-compassion to channel our food choices so that they serve us and our goals.
Your first session with Quinn
I like to spend the first 10-15 minutes of each initial session getting to know you. Things like what you do for work, hobbies, and social life can provide great insight into factors that may influence your goals and nutrition plan. Next, we will discuss any pertinent medical history and lifestyle factors like current physical activity habits before transitioning to intake which will include a diet recall to assess current intake habits. We will then discuss your goals and desired outcomes. To wrap this session up, I will provide my recommended nutrition plan for you which will include a timeline and likely some action items/goals for you to focus on before your first follow-up.
