About Qurat
Hi, I’m Qurat! I'm looking forward to meeting with you. I have been a dietitian for 7 years and have worked with patients of all ages and with all kinds of health motivators. My mission is to provide quality and compassionate care to clients navigating a variety of nutrition-related issues. With a focus on weight management, pre-diabetes, diabetes, hypertension, heart health and building a positive relationship with food. I offer personalized counseling to support individuals on their wellness journey. My approach focuses on small, sustainable changes for long-term success.

I take an individualized approach to care, using my counseling skills to ethically guide clients in their health journeys. I value connecting with clients, helping them identify areas for growth and equipping them with practical tools for healthier living. With a focus on long-term gains rather than quick fixes, I employ a bottom-up approach, optimizing daily habits before moving on to specialized recommendations. Believing in an 'add, not restrict' philosophy, I promote balance and flexibility in food choices.
Your first session with Qurat
In our first online session, we’ll take a relaxed and friendly approach to get to know each other. I’ll spend time learning about your health history, goals, and any challenges you may be facing. We’ll do a preliminary assessment together and start shaping a personalized plan that fits your lifestyle and needs. You’ll come away with practical tips—like initial dietary suggestions or meal planning ideas—and a clear idea of our next steps. Most importantly, this session is all about you: your comfort, your questions, and your goals. * I do see patients who are currently on GLP-1s however Dietitians cannot prescribe medications.
