About Rachael
I grew up in the PNW and greatly enjoy being immersed in the beauty of old growth forests and coastlines. As I learned more about nutrition, my confidence increased with experimenting in the kitchen--proof that anyone can learn how to cook delicious, nutritious meals! I enjoy spending time with my family as well as experiencing other cultures. My nutrition passion is budget-friendly foods and supporting accessibility to nutritious foods.
Approach to care
I provide a collaborative approach ("a partnership") to improving one's health, wherever they are on this journey. I value intuitive and holistic approaches to nutrition counseling.
Your first session with Rachael
In this "get to know each other" session, I learn about what real life looks like for you. I also want to know what health background you have. After better understanding what influences your day-to-day decisions and food choices, we can successfully navigate your health journey to accomplish your health goals. We'll come up with a plan and at least one goal to work toward until our next session.
