About Rachael

As a clinical dietitian with a strong foundation in research-based education and counseling, I believe that nutrition care should be both evidence-informed and deeply personal. I’m passionate about nutrition because it plays a pivotal role in nearly every aspect of our lives. As the world begins to place more focus on the power of nutrition and its impact on our well-being, I am grateful I get to help others apply nutrition-related knowledge and skills in practical ways.

Approach to care

My approach begins by listening—understanding your story and your goals—so I can translate the latest science into practical strategies that actually work for you. I am detail-oriented and collaborative by nature, and I view nutrition as a shared journey. With consistent follow-up and the right tools in your toolkit, sustainable change becomes not just possible, but achievable. I’m passionate about helping you make informed decisions and feel empowered throughout the process. Together, we’ll problem-solve and track meaningful progress—whether we’re targeting specific lab markers, fine-tuning your routine, or working based on how you feel day-to-day, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

Your first session with Rachael

In our first session, I’ll take the time to ask detailed questions so I can really focus on you. I want to understand not just your diet and activity levels, but also your health conditions, lab values, daily environment, routine, and—most importantly—your goals. Once I have a clear picture of who you are, we’ll work together to create a plan that’s tailored specifically to you. The approach we take will be personalized and thoughtfully designed to fit your individual needs and lifestyle.
