About Rachel

I have loved my career as a dietitian, helping athletes feel and perform their best. I specialize in sports nutrition with experience primarily in collegiate athletics, but am excited to help anyone who is looking to improve and utilize nutrition to help meet their health and performance goals.

Approach to care

My approach to care is individualized, client-centered, and evidence-based. I am here to help you identify opportunities for change and provide education to help you progress towards your goals. Nutrition should never be a one-size-fits all approach and I enjoy learning about my clients and helping to figure out what works best for them.

Your first session with Rachel

In our first session, we will get to know each other. We will discuss your goals, habits, and what you are hoping to get from our sessions. I will also ask you about your current diet, your relationship with food, medical history, and concerns or barriers you may have coming into the session. This session is a great opportunity to ask questions and identify how nutrition counseling can help you and you can expect to set some initial goals.
