About Rachel
As a registered dietitian with over 3 years of experience, I am passionate about helping individuals develop healthier relationships with food through evidence-based counseling and personalized nutrition plans. I work closely with each client to address their unique needs, whether they’re looking to manage a medical condition, improve their overall health, or simply feel more confident in their food choices. With expertise in kidney disease, diabetes, weight management, GLP-1's and intuitive eating, I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where we can work together to develop realistic, sustainable habits. My goal is to empower you with the knowledge and tools necessary to make informed decisions about your nutrition, without feeling deprived or overwhelmed.
Approach to care
I understand that nutrition is not a one-size-fits-all approach, which is why I provide individualized counseling tailored to your lifestyle, preferences, and health goals. Whether you are navigating a chronic health condition, preparing for a fitness goal, or simply seeking to improve your overall wellness, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way. Together, we can create a practical nutrition strategy that fosters long-term health, vitality, and balance in your life. Let’s take the first step toward feeling better, one meal at a time.
Your first session with Rachel
I like to learn about people's current daily eating patterns and what their diet consists of to get an idea of where change can begin. I also like to learn about exercise routines, barriers to change, short-term and long-term goals in the first session so we can have a well-rounded foundation/ starting point.
