About Rachel
Hello, I'm so glad you're here! I am a registered dietitian passionate about helping others improve their relationship with food and overall health. In a world with so much unsolicited nutrition advice, I hope to help you grow in both knowledge and confidence surrounding what makes sense for you and leaves you feeling your best.
Approach to care
I am a firm believer in meeting clients where they are. Just like life, nutrition is not black and white. I have found that building rapport and trust early on leads to the most successful outcomes. I believe that all foods fit, and I am a big propionate of "gentle nutrition."
Your first session with Rachel
I want to get to know you! You can expect a range of questions from your hobbies and pet's names to your current intake and health goals. I understand that meeting with a new provider can be intimidating, but please know that I am human, too, and am not here to be the food police.
