About Rachel
Rachel D "the RD" has experience working in hospitals, inpatient and outpatient eating disorder facilities and food media, and specializes in disordered eating, thyroid disorders, and heart health. She enjoys making nutrition simple and fun, and strives for all her patients to develop a better relationship with food - no matter their unique health conditions! Her favorite foods are chocolate chip cookie dough, strawberries, salmon, and truffle French fries.
Approach to care
Rachel combines evidence-based nutrition science with a compassionate approach counseling patients to deliver health outcomes and improve patients' day-to-day lives. She has personally counseled hundreds of patients using Intuitive Eating principles and practicing weight neutrality.
