About Rachel
I have been a dietitian for right about 5 years, and find fulfillment in helping my clients to feel better in their day to day! Life is BUSY for most of us and so I want to help you find a nutritional approach that helps you to reach your goals and is sustainable.
Approach to care
Food is medicine and I have seen that play out over and over in my clients! In approaching your health, I like to look at the whole picture instead of just focusing on the minute calories or tracking. Let's look at your gut health, your hormonal picture, energy levels, sleep routines, and find ways to reach a balance in any imbalances we find. It is amazing the benefits you can feel with simple tweaks.
Your first session with Rachel
In our first session we will look at your health goals, your lifestyle, daily routines of your eating and find personalized action steps to work on until the next time we meet! If you have any labs, supplements, or any other diagnostics you would like me to review we can incorporate that. I like to find 1-3 small habit changes to focus on until our next session and have clear ways to track progress.
