About Rachel
Hi! Iām Rachelāso glad youāre here! Iām originally from East Tennessee and moved to Daytona Beach, Florida in October 2025. My dog is my best friend, and we love being outside, exploring, and soaking up the sunshine. I absolutely love all things nutrition and am a big foodie at heart. When Iām not working, I enjoy reading, sewing, going on walks, and cooking at home. I also love traveling to new places and recently spent 35 days backpacking through Europe! Iād love to work togetherāhope to see you on my schedule soon!

I take a client-centered, food-positive approach to care, focusing on sustainable habits, nourishment, and overall well-being rather than restriction or weight alone. I believe nutrition should feel supportive and realistic, not stressful. My goal is to help you feel confident around food while building habits that actually fit your life.
