About Rachel
Hi, I'm Rachel. I am a Registered Dietitian with a Master of Science in Exercise & Sports Nutrition. In the past year I’ve worked in the corporate wellness setting providing individualized care to help people meet their nutrition goals. My practice is grounded in evidence, but I lead with warmth, empathy, and practicality. When I’m not meeting with clients, you’ll find me at the gym, with a book, sketching or trying new restaurants while I travel. I’m grateful to be here and to support you on your journey.
Approach to care
My care philosophy blends science and humanity. I rely on current evidence to guide recommendations, but I believe the best plan is one you can actually live with. I work collaboratively, meeting you where you are and translating complex nutrition science into clear, doable steps. Education is at the heart of my approach, so you leave each session with understanding and practical skills you can sustain for the long term. Together, we build a plan that fits your life and your goals.
Your first session with Rachel
Our first appointment is all about you. We'll review your medical history and current routines, and talk about your goals in a non-judgmental space. We’ll discuss what’s working and what’s not, and I’ll help frame short-term goals that feel achievable. You don’t need to have it all figured out before we meet; I’ll guide the conversation and together we’ll identify 1–2 clear next steps. This is a collaborative, supportive start to a sustainable path that respects your pace and boundaries.
