About Rachel
Hi! My name is Rachel. I am a dedicated and highly motivated dietitian with over 7 years of experience in assessing individual nutritional needs, planning menus, and educating patients and families on ways to manage acute and chronic conditions using medical nutrition therapy. I look forward to working with you!
Approach to care
My approach is collaborative, patient-centered care with the objective of developing realistic and achievable goals to improve overall health. This includes involving my patient in the decision-making process, respecting their preferences and being sensitive to their concerns and barriers.
Your first session with Rachel
The goal of the first session is to learn about you, including your daily routine, lifestyle, and dietary habits. I also want to find out your goals- what you want to get out of our sessions and what health objectives are most important to you. Most of all, I want to make sure we're compatible as a team to ensure success.
