About Rachel
Hi, I’m Rachel. I’m a Registered Dietitian and NBC-HWC based in Houston, with 13 years of experience helping people build healthier relationships with food. I earned my BS in Nutrition Science from the University of Texas at Austin and dietetic internship from Ohio State University. I’ve supported clients in corporate wellness programs and in private practice, bringing an evidence-based, compassionate approach to everyday life. When I’m not working, you’ll find me outdoors with my dog Paloma, trying new restaurants, traveling with family, or learning Brazilian Portuguese.

We’ll establish short-term, achievable steps together and set the tone for what comes next. You don’t need to have everything figured out; just show up as you are. We’ll explore your routines, preferences, and barriers so we can tailor a plan that fits your life and supports your well-being.
