About Rachel

The Harvest Method is a specialized nutrition practice focused on true healing through the power of food and emotional intelligence. Our team of dedicated dietitians provides holistic, person-centered care, with expertise in eating disorders and functional medicine, helping patients achieve health and wellness through personalized, compassionate guidance.

Approach to care

Healing and well-being extend beyond food choices—true transformation comes from understanding your body, mind, and emotions. Our functional nutritional therapy model is built on a foundation of scientific research and holistic healing principles. We take an integrative approach that addresses the root causes of health concerns, whether you’re struggling with performance anxiety, an eating disorder, or a chronic illness.

Your first session with Rachel

The first session is an exploratory call to meet with your dietitian, share what you are seeking support with, and confirm it's a good fit. Your RD will request that you complete assessment forms, labs, and a meal journal over the next week to prepare for an initial session.
