About Rachel
Hi, I'm Rachel! When I’m not working, you’ll find me hiking with my puppy, listening to music, and enjoying coffee and some sweet treats. I was born and raised in Michigan, I spent a few cold years in North Dakota, and now I call Florida home. I absolutely love what I do and I can talk about nutrition all day.
Approach to care
I am a non-diet dietitian who believes nutrition should support your life — not control it. My work is rooted in compassion, science, and a deep respect for the complexity of the human body. I specialize in helping people rebuild trust with food, regulate their metabolism, and improve their health without shame, restriction, or one-size-fits-all plans.
Your first session with Rachel
During your first visit I like to spend time getting to know you, I want to learn what you have tried in the past and what you would like to take away from these visits. I will also share about my experience and my approach to nutrition so you can get to know me as well. My goal is to make sure you know exactly what to expect and feel supported every step of the way.
