About Rachel
Hi! My name is Rachel. I have been working in the field of nutrition for over 10 years. I have experience within the community (woman, infants and children), working with the aging population, diabetes prevention and disordered eating. I believe that food is medicine.
Approach to care
I take a gentle, person centered approach, and I believe in health at all sizes and that all foods can fit. I understand that nutrition can be a stressful topic for some, and the idea of changing our eating habits can seem impossible so I like to incorporate ideas into your current lifestyle so changes are easier and attainable.
Your first session with Rachel
During your first visit I like to spend time getting to know you, I want to learn what you have tried in the past and what you would like to take away from these visits. I will also share about my experience and my approach to nutrition so you can get to know me as well. My goal is to make sure you know exactly what to expect and feel supported every step of the way.
