About Rachel
Hi, I'm Rachel. For 14 years I’ve worked as a Registered Dietitian, guided by an MS in nutrition and my CNSC certification earned in 2024. I have a lot of experience with home infusion, including enteral and parenteral nutrition therapy in the home. I have experience with oncology patients, GI disorders, post-operative recovery and general wellness.
Approach to care
My care blends science and humanity. I practice evidence-based nutrition that reflects current research, but I never lose sight of you as a whole person. I approach our work with warmth and curiosity, meeting you where you are without judgment. We’ll set clear, actionable steps and celebrate progress, no matter how small, while keeping long-term habits in mind.
Your first session with Rachel
During our first appointment, think of it as a friendly conversation rather than an exam. We’ll review your medical history and daily routines, listen to what’s been challenging, and identify short-term goals that feel doable. You don’t need to arrive with every detail; I’ll guide the conversation and together we’ll outline a practical plan to begin. The aim is to create a safe, collaborative space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to take the next small steps toward lasting change.
