About Rachel
I've been a Registered Dietitian for over 10 years, with experience in weight management, heart health, sports nutrition, and overall wellness. During that time I've created wellness programs that focus on the whole person - mental, physical and nutritional health. Throughout my work with chefs in the culinary field, I've developed a strong belief that food should be both nourishing and enjoyable! Eating well should enhance your life, not limit it.
Approach to care
I understand how busy life can be, especially when you're balancing family, responsibilities, and personal health goals. That's why my approach begins with listening. I want to truly understand your lifestyle, preferences, and challenges so we can create a plan that fits your life. Together, we'll take the "what" of nutrition recommendations and turn it into the "how" that works in your everyday routine --focusing on sustainable habits, flexibility, and enjoyment without guilt.
Your first session with Rachel
Your first session is a relaxed, judgment-free conversation where we'll talk about your health history, goals, daily routine, and relationship with food. You'll leave with clear, realistic next steps and the support of a dietitian who listens and works with you every step of the way.
