About Rachel
I'm a Registered Dietitian with 5 years of experience in the clinical setting, where I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals with a wide range of health conditions—including diabetes, congestive heart failure (CHF), COPD, GERD, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, malnutrition, and more.
Approach to care
My approach to nutrition is rooted in the belief that food is more than fuel—it’s a powerful tool for healing, connection, and feeling good every day. I’m passionate about helping people develop a positive relationship with food, and guiding them toward choices that support both their health and happiness.
Your first session with Rachel
Your first session is all about you. We'll start by getting to know your story—your lifestyle, work, daily routines, eating habits, health history, and any challenges or barriers you may be facing. This conversation helps me understand your needs so we can build a plan that truly fits your life. Together, we’ll explore your goals. What do you want to achieve? Whether, it’s managing a health condition, improving energy, or simply feeling better in your body. From there, we’ll create realistic, personalized SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound) to guide your journey. Every plan is personal to your needs. There is no one-size-fits-all approach here. My goal is to help you feel empowered, supported, and confident as you take steps toward better health and a more positive relationship with food.
