About Rachel
For the past five years, I’ve provided compassionate and evidence-based nutrition counseling, coaching, and education. I support clients in navigating the often overwhelming and conflicting world of nutrition by offering a non-judgmental space to learn, grow, and problem-solve. Together, we work to create sustainable habits that promote health, well-being, and the enjoyment of food.
Approach to care
My approach to care is collaborative, client-centered, and goal-oriented. I work alongside each client to create a personalized path that aligns with their unique needs, preferences, and lifestyle. My nutrition philosophy is rooted in the principles of Food as Medicine, intuitive eating, and weight neutrality. I focus on helping clients identify small, meaningful changes and explore ways to add nourishment and satisfaction, rather than taking food away.
Your first session with Rachel
Your first session is a chance to share your goals and for us to begin building a plan that is tailored to your needs. You can expect a welcoming, non-judgmental space where we’ll get to know each other and lay the foundation for a supportive, collaborative relationship. I’ll ask questions about your medical history, current concerns, eating habits, food preferences, and beliefs. Throughout our work together, I’ll provide evidence-based guidance to help clarify your nutrition questions and support you in creating a realistic, personalized plan to reach your goals.
