Patient reviews
“Rachel was amazing to work with, especially as someone with PCOS. She took the time to go over my labs, helping me understand what my body needed and why. She shared helpful recipes, talked me through how exercise and certain supplements could support my hormones, and always explained things clearly and kindly. I especially appreciated the feedback she gave me throughout the week on my meals, it felt supportive, and never judgmental. I learned so much working with her and felt truly supported.“
