About Rachel

I live in Philadelphia with my husband and 2 children, ages 10 and 12. I have been in private practice for over 10 years and have loved to cook ever since I was old enough to stand on a chair at the counter and wield a plastic knife. I bring a unique, holistic philosophy to nutrition counseling. I believe that a healthy lifestyle is built on making the right choices in the kitchen, at the supermarket, and at the table.

Approach to care

I have a highly individualized approach that takes into account where you are, where you have been, and what your goals are. I work with clients to find ways to create lasting lifestyle changes to improve overall health and happiness. Rachel brings a unique, holistic philosophy to nutrition counseling. She believes that a healthy lifestyle is built on making the right choices in the kitchen, at the supermarket, and at the table.
