About Rachel
HI, I'm Rachel and I have been practicing as a dietitian since 2007, working in a variety of settings with individuals of all ages. I obtained my certification in diabetes education in 2015 and also work as a group fitness instructor. I am passionate about food and fitness! Growing up I struggled with my relationship with food and body image, which led me to this career path. I am passionate about empowering people to take charge of their health and hope that I can give you the confidence to achieve your goals.
Approach to care
I am committed to providing individualized care, focusing on your specific goals. I strive to gain trust and a positive connection with everyone I see.
Your first session with Rachel
We will go over your personal history, discuss habits and lifestyle so that your session is tailored to you. Our visit is open to any questions you may have. I will listen attentively and offer evidence-based recommendations. My hope is that you leave our session having gained more knowledge about nutrition and the confidence to meet your goals.
