About Rachel

Hi, I’m Rachel, a registered dietitian passionate about helping people navigate their health and wellness journey and support them in feeling their best! Whether you’re managing a medical condition, wanting to build healthy habits, or simply seeking more energy and balance, I’m here to support you. With so much conflicting nutrition advice out there, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed about where to begin. My goal is to simplify the process, bring clarity, and provide practical guidance that fits your lifestyle so you have the confidence to make lasting changes, maintain healthy habits, and feel empowered in your wellness journey.

Approach to care

My approach to nutrition is all about meeting you where you’re at and walking alongside you in your health journey. I know there’s no one-size-fits-all solution, so together we’ll focus on small, realistic steps that fit your lifestyle and feel doable. I want you to feel supported, encouraged, and empowered- not overwhelmed. Together, we’ll develop a realistic strategy that feels sustainable so that you can thrive & feel confident in your choices. This is a space where your goals, preferences, and challenges are truly heard. My hope is that you leave each session with more confidence, clarity, and excitement about the path ahead.

Your first session with Rachel

Your first session is all about you. It's a chance for us to get to know each other and for me to understand your eating habits, and any challenges you may be facing. Think of it as a relaxed and supportive conversation - no judgment, no pressure. The session typically lasts about 60 minutes. You don't need to prepare anything special, but feel free to bring any recent lab work, a list of medications, or even a food diary if you have one. Most importantly, come as you are - this is a space where your voice matters and your health journey is respected. Follow-up sessions will build on what we start here, offering ongoing support, accountability, and adjustments as your needs evolve.
