About Rachel
I grew up in Alaska and completed my undergrad in the North Country of New York and later my Master's at Montana State University. I have a passion for playing outside and have also worked as a glacier ice climbing guide seasonally for nine years. My spare time is filled running and skiing in the mountains and knitting.

Working with a dietitian means you are working as a team. Care is individualized to work with your lifestyle and I can help you set and achieve goals. While the dietitian can help with specific recommendations, having accountability and someone in your corner can help along the way.
Your first session with Rachel
Initial sessions will assess your day-to-day lifestyle, including health history, lifestyle, and nutrition and physical activity patterns. Then we will get into your reasons for seeing a dietitian, your goals, and how we can work together to achieve them.
