About Rachelle

I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Health Coach, and Certified Personal Trainer with over a decade of experience helping people transform their health with anti-inflammatory nutrition that prioritizes whole, nutrient-rich foods. My passion is showing clients how to reduce inflammation naturally—so you can prevent or better manage conditions like diabetes, prediabetes, high blood pressure, and heart disease, while also improving energy and athletic performance. I believe weight management should never come from calorie counting or fad diets. Instead, I’ll help you create a way of eating that’s deeply nourishing, satisfying, and sustainable—by incorporating more foods that fight inflammation and less of the ones that drive it. With this approach, you’ll improve digestion, balance blood sugar, boost performance and recovery, and experience the long-term health benefits of a lifestyle that works with your body—not against it.

Approach to care

My approach is supportive and practical. I understand how challenging it can feel to make lasting nutrition changes, which is why I act as your coach throughout the process—not just during our first session. In follow-ups, I’ll help you stay on track, work through obstacles, and keep building momentum toward your goals. This is key to lasting success! Together, we’ll create realistic strategies that fit your lifestyle while incorporating more phytonutrient-powered foods and moving away from the pro-inflammatory ones that hold you back. The goal isn’t restriction—it’s enjoying food that fuels your body, balances blood sugar, improves digestion, boosts energy, and even enhances athletic performance. You can expect clear guidance, encouragement, and accountability every step of the way—so you feel supported, motivated, and confident in making changes that last.
