Your first session with Rachelle
Your first session is designed to give us a strong foundation for working together. Weâll take time to talk through your health history, daily routines, goals, and any specific concerns youâd like to focus on. Iâll also ask about your eating patterns, lifestyle habits, and, if applicable, relevant lab work or medical history so I can understand the full picture of your health. This conversation is relaxed and collaborative. My goal is to make you feel heard, supported, and understood while uncovering practical opportunities to align your nutrition with your health goals in a way that fits your life. By the end of our session, youâll leave with a clear sense of direction, a personalized starting strategy, and a few concrete habits to begin working on right away.
