About Rachelle

I help people cut through the noise and finally feel good in their bodies again—without calorie counting, fad diets, or restriction! I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Health Coach, and Certified Personal Trainer with over a decade of experience helping people transform their health through a powerful, plant-powered, anti-inflammatory nutrition approach. By focusing on incorporating more phytonutrient-rich, whole foods, I help you reduce inflammation naturally so you can prevent or manage conditions like diabetes, prediabetes, high blood pressure, and heart disease—while boosting energy, improving digestion, and enhancing athletic performance. If you’re tired of quick fixes and want a clear, sustainable plan that actually works with your body—not against it—I’ll help you build nourishing habits that leave you feeling strong, balanced, and energized.

Approach to care

My approach is supportive, practical, and designed to fit real life.I believe weight management should never come from calorie counting or fad diets. Instead, I’ll help you create a way of eating that’s deeply nourishing, satisfying, and sustainable—by incorporating more foods that fight inflammation and less of the ones that drive it. With this approach, you’ll improve digestion, balance blood sugar, boost performance and recovery, and experience the long-term health benefits of a lifestyle that works with your body—not against it.Together, we’ll create realistic strategies that fit your lifestyle while incorporating more phytonutrient-powered foods and moving away from the pro-inflammatory ones that hold you back. The goal isn’t restriction—it’s enjoying food that fuels your body, balances blood sugar, improves digestion, boosts energy, and even enhances athletic performance.

Your first session with Rachelle

Your first session is designed to give us a strong foundation for working together. We’ll take time to talk through your health history, daily routines, goals, and any specific concerns you’d like to focus on. I’ll also ask about your eating patterns, lifestyle habits, and, if applicable, relevant lab work or medical history so I can understand the full picture of your health. This conversation is relaxed and collaborative. My goal is to make you feel heard, supported, and understood while uncovering practical opportunities to align your nutrition with your health goals in a way that fits your life. By the end of our session, you’ll leave with a clear sense of direction, a personalized starting strategy, and a few concrete habits to begin working on right away. This is the beginning of a journey we’ll build together in follow-up sessions as we refine strategies, celebrate wins, and keep you moving toward lasting results.
