About Rae Ann
I am a registered dietitian based in Centennial, Colorado with 6 years of experience dedicated to helping clients achieve better health outcomes and build a positive, balanced relationship with food. My passion lies in supporting people through personalized nutrition guidance, making health feel attainable and enjoyable, rather than restrictive. I also love working with pregnant and postpartum moms, especially after having gone through both myself recently. When I’m not working with my clients, you’ll find me spending quality time with my husband and our 4-month-old daughter, and doing pretty much anything that involves the outdoors. I also love expressing my creativity through acrylic painting and hanging out at my local brewery. I'm all about enjoying life’s little pleasures while staying healthy!
Approach to care
My approach centers on the belief that everyone deserves to feel their best and understand how to nourish their overall well-being with accessible, wholesome food. My counseling style is non-judgmental, compassionate and warm - like talking to a friend. By working with me, you'll learn how to sort through the overwhelming world of nutrition information and focus on the essentials, trusting your body's signals. Together, we'll create a personalized, sustainable plan that meets you where you are and supports your journey.
Your first session with Rae Ann
I focus on getting to know you first and foremost. You'll be able to share your nutrition concerns and ask any questions you may have in the beginning of the session. From there, I will gather more information about your medical history, a typical day in your life, eating habits and current lifestyle. Then, we'll begin to develop a plan to address your nutrition goals and concerns, starting with 1-2 small goals to check off in between sessions that will help you get from point A to B. My primary goal is for you to leave each session feeling excited and empowered to move forward!
