About Raegan

Food connects us, our relationship with it varies widely. This is where my science training meets people needs for assistance. Over 24 years as a Registered Dietitian, I have worked mainly in clinical outpatient setting, translating labs and treatments into practical steps. I receive many compliments from the veterans I serve. I hold an MS in Food Science and Human Nutrition and an MEd in Kinesiology and Physical Education with a concentration in Exercise Science. Outside of work I enjoy walking, reading, and being active in my faith community. I volunteer each spring in my community teaching healthy lifestyle classes. I love helping people set realistic, lasting goals that fit their everyday lives.

Grounded in current research, I combine evidence-based recommendations with straightforward, educational coaching so you understand why we choose each step. I practice behavior-focused care, meeting you without judgment and will help you set goals for physical activity, food choices and amounts. Food preferences are taken into consideration. We'll work together to set clear, manageable actions and build skills that stick, while I provide accountability and practical strategies tailored to your life.

Your first session with Raegan

When we meet, we'll spend time reviewing your medical history and any lab work or biometrics you can share, so our plan is anchored in your health data. We'll talk about what has felt realistic for you in the past and where you want to head next. Together we'll establish short-term goals and create a practical meal plan you can try right away. This is a low-pressure, judgement-free conversation, and you don't need to have everything figured out beforehand.
