Hi, I’m Raji Sankar ,a Registered Dietitian (RDN) based in Dallas. My journey into nutrition was shaped by a deep belief that food is the most powerful tool we have to heal ,nourish and thrive.I became a dietitian to help people move past the noise of "diet culture" and rediscover a relationship with food that feels both empowering and effortless . I specialize in chronic disease management ,intuitive eating ,,blending clinical expertise with a compassionate ,weight -neutral approach .I understand health is not a one -size -fits all metric.It's a personalized journey that must honor your unique lifestyle,heritage,and preferences.My goal is to provide you with the evidence-based clarity you need to make decisions about your health with confidence and peace of mind . When I am not working with clients ,you can find me gardening .I am a proud member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics .and committed to staying at the forefront of nutritional science to better serve you .

Your first session with Raji

I understand that meeting a new provider can feel overwhelming.My priority is to help you feel comfortable ,supported ,and truly heard from the very beginning . During your first session ,we will : Review your medical history ,medications ,supplements,and recent lab work Discuss your current and past eating patterns Explore your lifestyle ,stress levels,sleep and activity habits Identify what has or hasn't worked for you in the past . Clarify your goals and expectations . Together we will develop realistic ,achievable goals tailored to your lifestyle and health needs.You will leave the session with clear next steps and practical strategies you can begin implementing right away . My aim is for you to walk away feeling informed ,encouraged and confident about your path forward .
