Hi, I’m an RDN based in Dallas. My passion for nutrition started early in life, growing up in a family that saw food not just as fuel, but as a way to prevent issues and heal. We used herbs and spices for healing, naturally integrating wellness into our everyday meals. Seeing how this approach supported my own well-being inspired me to help others who feel overwhelmed or unsure about the vast world of health information. This drive led me to become a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, so I could help people find clarity, confidence, and balance in their health journeys. Outside of work, I love caring for my plants and continuing my learning and growth. As a member of the American Dietetic Association, I am dedicated to evidence-based practice and staying updated with the latest research. I take a personalized, flexible approach—designed to fit your unique health needs, lifestyle, and food preferences—so you can create a sustainable and enjoyable path to wellness.

Your first session with Raji
I know meeting a new provider can feel overwhelming, so my goal is to help you feel comfortable, supported, and truly heard from the moment we begin. During your first visit, we’ll cover the essentials: Understanding Your Health Medical history Current medications and supplements Recent lab results Exploring Your Eating Habits We’ll talk about your current and past eating patterns, what you’ve tried before, what helped, and what didn’t. Setting Realistic Goals Together, we’ll identify achievable goals that fit your lifestyle, preferences, and health needs. You’ll leave with a clear plan and practical steps to start right away. My goal is for you to walk out feeling informed, encouraged, and confident about your path forward.
