About Randi
Randi is a registered dietitian from New York City with over 7 years of experience. She has a passion for helping others improve their lives through diet and lifestyle modifications. Having personal struggles with PCOS and endometriosis allows her to have a deep understanding of the the many challenges associated with these conditions. She knows just how stressful it can be to navigate through all of the uncertainty and misinformation when it comes to nutrition and is here to help you through it!
Approach to care
Randi believes in providing individualized evidence-based care, rather than a "one-size-fits-all" approach. She believes small and realistic changes go a long way, and likes to focus on what you can add into your diet rather than subtract. She emphasizes a collaborative relationship to help you meet your unique goals and will be there to hold you accountable and cheer you on every step of the way.
Your first session with Randi
Your first session will focus on getting to know you. Randi will gather information including your medical history, food and lifestyle habits, concerns, preferences, expectations, and more. Randi will work with you to create short-term and long-term goals that are tailored to meet your needs.
