About Rasha
After a career as a CPA, I discovered and fell in love with nutrition and exercise. I hold a Master’s in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I specialize in disordered eating and worked as a clinical dietitian at a psychiatric hospital, before pursuing private practice. I am also a registered yoga instructor and certified personal trainer.
Approach to care
My approach to counseling is rooted in meeting clients where they are, partnering with them to create nutrition plans that nourish them both physically and emotionally. I’m deeply committed to my clients' overall wellness and love celebrating their daily small wins.
Your first session with Rasha
In our first session, we’ll get to know each other, discuss your nutrition and health habits, and identify your short- and long-term goals. Together, we’ll develop a realistic and sustainable (and fun!) plan tailored to you. I see this session as the beginning of a partnership in optimizing your wellness. Let's get to it!
