About Rasha
After a career as a CPA, I discovered and fell in love with nutrition and exercise. I hold a Masterâs in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I specialize in disordered eating and worked as a clinical dietitian at a psychiatric hospital, before pursuing private practice. I am also a registered yoga instructor and certified personal trainer.
Approach to care
My counseling focuses on meeting my clients where they are and partnering with them to create a nutrition plan that nourishes them both physically and emotionally. I champion my clientsâ overall wellness and love celebrating their daily small wins.
Your first session with Rasha
Our first session will have us getting to know each other and focus on discussing your nutrition and health habits. We will identify your short-term and long-term nutrition goals and together create a realistic and sustainable (and fun!) plan. I will share any tools and information that can support your goals. I see our first session as the start of an alliance, with a shared goal of optimizing your wellness.
