Rashelle enjoys building a relationship with her patients and empowering them in their health. Your first session with Rashelle begins with a comprehensive evaluation where your health history, lifestyle, eating habits, and goals or challenges regarding nutrition are gathered. She will take time and listen to what your goals are. Together, Rashelle and the patient will set small achievable goals to work towards a healthy lifestyle that is sustainable.
