Approach to care
Rayanne's core values center around respect, autonomy, and partnership. She believes that you are the expert in your own body and calls herself the fortunate collaborator and cheerleader on your journey. She provide unbiased, evidenced based education and will help you apply that information where you are at, in manageable practical steps. She takes the time to invest and nurture the relationship and will make sure to ask questions, equally value your opinion and feedback, and be honest with any concerns when necessary.
Your first session with Rayanne
The first interactions will be all about getting to know each other and building trust. In a judgment-free space, questions will center around about who you are in the world and what's important to you. This will lay the foundation of the relationship, allow her to understand your history and goals, and learn your style. You’ll also get to ask Rayanne any questions to ensure a good fit for this partnership. Session expectations and logistics will be reviewed and a plan created (if that's your thing!).
