Being a Registered Dietitian for over 20 years, I’ve gained experience across a wide range of nutrition-related roles — all centered on one mission: helping people make confident, informed decisions about food and health. With advanced expertise in nutrient metabolism, digestion, and cellular repair, I combine the science of nutrition with a compassionate, personalized approach to help clients navigate complex lifestyle and health challenges. While I primarily rely on clients’ self-reports, I also welcome food journals, lab results, and medical records to help build a complete understanding of each individual’s needs. I take a thorough, evidence-based approach—blending education, coaching, and accountability to promote lasting results. All care is ethically conducted to ensure high-quality, individualized virtual nutrition support that helps clients move steadily toward better health, balance, and confidence in their choices.
