About Rebecca
As a nutrition therapist, I believe in the strength and power of a provider-client relationship that is built on mutual respect, compassion, and safety. It is this relationship that serves as the foundation for a collaborative approach to healing in which we will explore being in relation to food, eating, movement, and your body in a way that is authentic and driven by your core values. My approach integrates evidence-based nutritional science with a deep understanding of the emotional and psychological aspects of our relationship with food. I recognize that each person's journey is unique, and there is no one-size-fits-all solution to nutritional wellness.

I work from a weight-inclusive, Health at Every Size® orientation, focusing on sustainable habits rather than restrictive diets or quick fixes. Together, we'll move away from food rules and diet culture messaging to discover what truly nourishes your body and spirit. I create a compassionate space of acceptance where all experiences and struggles are welcome and met with understanding. Whether you're working through disordered eating patterns, seeking support for specific health conditions, or simply looking to develop a more peaceful relationship with food, I'm here to walk alongside you. I believe healing happens when we cultivate curiosity rather than criticism, and when we approach ourselves with the same kindness we would offer to a loved one.

In our sessions, you will find a supportive space to explore your personal history with food and body image in a thoughtful, compassionate manner. Through our work, you'll develop the ability to recognize and honor your body's natural signals while we craft practical strategies for mindful eating tailored to your unique needs. We'll gently address the underlying factors that influence your food choices, moving beyond surface-level behaviors to understand deeper patterns.
