About Rebecca
Twelve years as a Registered Dietitian taught me that good care blends clinical rigor with real life. I earned an MS in Human Nutrition from Drexel and have worked across hospital settings, from neonates and pediatrics to adult acute and critical care, as well as outpatient care. Those experiences, along with my RD licensure and CNSC training, shape how I problem-solve with patients. Outside of work I love running, pilates and spinning, spoiling my pup, cooking and baking, traveling, and trying new foods, and I bring that curiosity about everyday life into how we make nutrition work for you.
Approach to care
Grounded in current research, I translate science into clear, practical steps we'll try together. I practice with a weight-neutral, behavior-focused lens, honoring the whole person, not just a number. You'll find my style warm and nonjudgmental, while also direct and action-oriented so we set attainable goals and track progress. Education is central, I teach you the why behind recommendations so changes stick long term, and we adjust plans to fit your life and values.
Your first session with Rebecca
Expect a calm, thorough conversation where we'll review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics you bring. We'll take a deep dive into your relationship with food, routines, food preferences, and the barriers that have mattered most, all in a judgment-free space. Together we'll establish short-term, manageable goals and a clear next step, so you leave with direction rather than pressure. You don't need to have it all figured out, we'll build sustainable habits at a pace that works for you.
